Legal-tech startup DecoverAI has secured $2 million in a seed funding round led by Leo Capital along with participation from other investors.
The fresh funds will be used tech development, expanding generative defense, grow the engineering and customer base, and invest in marketing and sales efforts, DecoverAI said in a press release.
Launched by Ravi Tandon in 2024, DecoverAI integrates advanced AI with legal workflows with an aim to drive the future of legal technology.
According to DecoverAI, it is developing a comprehensive "Legal Brain" which is an Intelligent AI system that integrates capabilities for real-world legal workflows, including evidence discovery, legal research, and strategy generation. This includes e-discovery, legal research, and case strategy development, providing a seamless and integrated experience for legal professionals.
The company will elevate the practice of law by automating complex legal analysis and enabling legal professionals to craft compelling defense strategies with efficiency. It also claims to have an ability to query millions of documents or terabytes of data simultaneously, providing rapid and comprehensive access to vast amounts of information.
