Centriti, a Business-to-business (B2B) e-procurement platform, has raised Rs 6 crore in a new round led by Emergent India Ventures with participation from Atrium Angels, Alluvium Capital, Venture Garage, CoralBay Ventures, HOF, and Brigade Group.
The fresh funds will be utilised to enhance tech capabilities, reduce service time and expand into new geographies, Centriti said in a press release.
Founded in 2022 by Daljeet Singh, Centriti leverages mid-mile logistics, warehousing, and AI-driven inventory management solutions to empower hotels and restaurants to reduce costs, minimise waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. The platform’s in-house integrated inventory software automates inventory tracking and replenishment while providing insightful analytics and forecasts, helping businesses make informed decisions.
Centriti weeds out the inefficiencies which are associated with managing multiple suppliers and minimal technological integration. By consolidating all procurement needs into one efficient system, it significantly enhances operational efficiency and reliability for hospitality businesses.
The Delhi-based startup claims to work with some of the prominent hospitality brands such as Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, Accor Group, Barbeque Nation, and Chai Point. It has presence in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Jaipur, and aims to expand to Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Chennai over the next two years.
The other notable players in this space are SupplyNote, PetPooja, POSist, EagleOwl, SlickPOS and others.
