Y Combinator-backed Exly raises $6.2 Mn led by Chiratae

Business tools provider Exly (formerly MyScoot) has raised $6.2 million in a new round led by Chiratae Ventures. Existing backers Mayfield India and Venture Highway also participated in the round.

The proceeds will primarily be used for enhancing its product offerings and customer acquisition.

Founded in 2021 by Suyash Sinha, Sidharth Rawat, Akhil Tripathi and Swati Singh, Exly provides business tools to help customers streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Its offerings include course builders, appointment scheduler, marketing suite, along with customer relationship management (CRM), and lead capturing conversion tools for creators and solo-entrepreneurs.

Exly claims to have been used by over 10,000 customers to date. It targets business coaches, fitness professionals, astrologers, dance choreographers, and digital marketers as customers.

The startup had earlier raised $1.8 million in seed funding round and was a part of the Y Combinator’s winter 2019 batch.
