Pet care brand Papa Pawsome has raised $400,000 seed funding round led by Indian Angel Network. IAN investors such as Ajay Rajgarhia, KRS Jamwal, Jayant Mehrotra and Rohit Rajput also participated in this round. 

The funds will be used in ramping up operations, expanding offerings, and enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Founded by Nishita Agarwal, Papa Pawsome offers a comprehensive range of products designed to cater to the specific requirements of today's pet-centric households. The startup claims to have more than 25 SKUs ranging from hygiene essentials like shampoos, serums, massage oils, training sprays to grooming services. 

Earlier to this round, the brand had raised $250K in its seed round led by  New York-based 93 East Capital, OpenbookVC, and marquee investors such as Peebuddy founder Deep Bajaj, KRS Jamwal, Mandar Joshi, and Naveen Gupta participated in the round as well.

Seed and early stage investment platform IAN Angel Group is sector-agnostic and has funded innovative startups across 19 sectors in India and 7 other countries.
