VRO Hospitality, a hospitality chain that owns and operates F&B brands such as Mirage, Hangover, Badmaash, Nevermind, and Tycoons, has raised $10 million in its bridge round led by Axis Bank and Nikhil Kamath-backed Gruhas.
NB Ventures, Kunal Shah (Cred), actress Mouni Roy and others also participated in the round.
Previously, the startup had raised $3 million in Series A round in September 2021.
The latest proceeds will be used for the expansion of its operations, ramp up product development, and further strengthening its position.
Founded by Dawn Thomas, Safdhar Adoor and Sharath Rice, VRO Hospitality operates multi-format restaurants, cafes and lounges across 18 outlets in Bengaluru.
VRO also acquired F&B brands like Fava, Café Noir, Plan B, Caperberry, and One Night in Bangkok during the last 12 months amidst the pandemic and has also ventured into cloud kitchen brands with burgers and beyond.
The company operates ten brands across 40 outlets in Bengaluru, Ooty, Mumbai, Kochi, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
