Retail SaaS firm Impact Analytics raises $40 Mn led by Sageview Capital

Bengaluru-based Retail SaaS startup Impact Analytics today announced it has closed $40 million in growth financing.

Bengaluru-based Retail SaaS startup Impact Analytics today announced it has closed $40 million in growth financing. This funding round was led by Sageview Capital with support from long-time partner Vistara Growth.

As part of this transaction, Jeff Klemens, partner at Sageview Capital, and Prashanth Palakurthi, senior advisor at Sageview Capital, will join the company’s board of directors.

The firm raised $11 million Series A round in February 2021 and $10 million Series B round in October last year.

The eight-year-old company said it will use the funds to expand its Bengaluru-based team to ensure its technology platform and AI capabilities.

Impact Analytics offers integrated retail, CPG, manufacturing and supply chain focused enterprise AI SaaS solutions. Its suite of products for planning, forecasting, merchandising and end-to-end lifecycle pricing empowers leading retailers to make smart data-based decisions, transform their businesses, and achieve substantial business benefits.

Sageview Capital is a private investment firm focused on software and tech-enabled businesses. Its investments include 360insights, Aceable, Anitian, Atmosphere, CallRail, Carewell, Demandbase, DISQO, Drivewyze, Elastic Path, and Elemental Machines, among others.
