GetVantage launches Rs 250 Cr SaaS accelerator fund II

Alternative-financing fintech platform GetVantage has launched its SaaS Accelerator Fund II to help B2B SaaS businesses scale without equity dilution. This Rs 250 crore Fund II is an extension to GetVantage’s SaaS Accelerator Fund I launched in 2022 (approximately Rs 65 crore).

The firm, through its licensed NBFC GetGrowth Capital and partnerships with entities like Varanium’s Debt Fund and other major NBFCs and AIF funds, provides financial support to businesses.

GetVantage first launched its SaaS Runway Capital product in 2022 and has since been actively involved as a preferred funding partner to SaaS founders in India.

Over the past 18 months, especially focusing on the B2B SaaS sector, the company has utilised its initial fund of Rs 65 crore and set aside nearly four times that amount for a new fund.

GetVantage will deploy Rs 250 crore over the next 12-18 months and help SaaS founders with fast, fair, non-dilutive capital to scale their businesses.
