Logistics company Shadowfax has launched on-demand delivery service app Flash which will allow merchants and customers to avail the instant delivery service within the city. Through this service, Shadowfax aims to take on Dunzo.
The service has an advantage of being present in over 50 cities.
Flash by Shadowfax caters to users looking for pickups and drop-offs. It also integrates advanced GPS technology, providing customers with real-time tracking capabilities, ensuring full visibility into the delivery process from the start to finish.
The Bengaluru based company has a distribution network stretches across more than 3,000 cities and over 14,000 pin codes. Delivering 2 million packages daily, Shadowfax provides services to a vast network of customers with industry-leading Turnaround Time (TAT) at competitive prices.
It also claims to boast a crowdsourcing network comprising 125,000 monthly active delivery partners and 3.5 million registered users.
