New age home decor and lifestyle brand Nestroots has raised Rs 3 crore in its pre-seed round led by BeyondSeed Singapore. Arjun Vaidya, marquee D2C mentor and investor, has also participated in the round and has also come on board as a mentor.
The proceeds will be used for growth and market expansion, Nestroots said in a press release.
Founded by Chhavi Singh and Shekhar Godiyal, the startup is an e-commerce brand dealing in home décor and furniture products. It sells from multiple platforms including its own website, and other renowned marketplaces catering to furniture, dining, and tableware categories.
The Gurugram-based startup claims to have a user base of over 55,000 since its inception.
Previously, the startup had raised $100K in a mix of equity and debt seed round led by We Founder Circle (WFC), a startup investment platform. Nestroots also got Rs 50 lakh investment against 2% equity from Namita Thapar on Shark Tank India Season 2.
