Artificial intelligence driven customer support platform Kapture CX has picked up $4 million in extended Series A round (A1) led by India Alternatives which is a private equity fund.
Kapture CX had previously raised $4 million from Cactus Venture Partners.
The fresh proceeds will be used to expand globally, strengthen its product capabilities and develop advanced AI technologies for a more innovative and personalised customer experience, Kapture CX said in a press release.
Co-founded in 2014 by Vikas Garg and Sheshgiri Kamath, Kapture CX is a SaaS based customer support automation platform that focuses on customer support and enables personal customer interactions. The company lets users collect and segregate all prospect interactions on a single platform. It has created deep vertical offerings for internet companies, retail (offline and online), travel, banking & financial services, and consumer durable companies.
According to the Bengaluru-based company, it has on-ground operations in five countries including USA, UAE, Indonesia, Philippines, and India and claims to cater large enterprise customers like Nykaa, Meesho, BigBasket, Tata 1MG, Reliance, Unilever, and ITC to name a few.
Kapture CX’s holding entity Adjetter Media Network Pvt Ltd registered over 44% growth in operating revenue to Rs 30.30 crore in FY23 from Rs 20.79 Cr in FY22. As per the company’s financial statement with the RoC, its profit declined to Rs 13.43 lakhs in FY23 as compared to Rs 1.06 crore in FY22.
It competes with the likes of Fresh Works, Zoho, salesforce and others.
