Agritech firm Bull Agritech has raised $100K in a pre-seed round led by startup accelerator PedalStart. Bull Agritech has been part of PedalStart's current cohort One-to-N which is backed by venture capital funds.
The proceeds will be used for the growth of the firm and ramp up the operations along with building the team, Bull Agritech said in a press release.Co-founded in 2021 by Hit Desai and Divyajeet Chauhan, Bull Agritech connects farmers directly to agri-commodity processors providing end-to-end supply chain solutions, in an agri-supply chain market.
Bull Agritech claims to have facilitated trades worth Rs 25 crore and onboarded 15,000 farmers digitally, illustrating their growth and impact in 18 months.
PedalStart helps build founders through their startup ideas, with the help of ex-entrepreneurs, successful startup founders, domain experts, and angel investors. With more than 10,000 startups, over 300 mentors, 800 founders building ideas, and over 1200 house discussions, PedalStart claims to have been transforming ideas into high-potential businesses since 2021.
