Pantomath Financial Services Group announced the closure of its maiden India Inflection Opportunity Fund (IIOF) at Rs 500 crore or about $60 million.
India Inflection Opportunity Fund has received investment participation from domestic sovereign Funds, global and domestic family offices, marquee anchor investors, and high net-worth investors.
With clear focus on value arbitrage, the fund plans to invest in Indian growth stage businesses primarily at a pre-IPO stage.
Launched in April 2022, the Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) is managed by Pantomath Capital Management Private Limited. With this, the group now has approximately Rs 2500 crore (over $300 million) of total funds under supervision.
The Group has recently expanded into wealth management, fintech, stock broking, and distribution by acquiring a significant stake in Asit C Mehta Financial Services Limited, a 40-year firm owned by Deena Mehta and Asit C Mehta.
