Smarter Dharma, a real estate-focused startup, has raised $500,000 in its maiden funding round. The round saw participation from Zerodha’s Rainmatter, Gruhas, Anthill Ventures and others.
Claiming to be India’s first sustainability resource planning platform for real estate, Smarter Dharma generates business intelligence by combining data analytics and patented machine learning algorithms.
The company is also launching a comprehensive sustainable materials and solutions marketplace for the real estate sector.
“Over years, we have mitigated more than 50,000 tons of CO2e and created business value for our customers. This fund raise will enable us to build our technology platform and business development team to scale across the country,” said Sriram Kuchimanchi, founder & CEO of Smarter Dharma.
Rainmatter and Gruhas recently invested in Game Theory and Done Deal respectively.
