Blubirch, a SaaS and AI-based automation-driven reverse supply chain management platform, has raised $6.37 million in a Series A round led by Cornerstone Ventures and Capital2B Fund.
The total fundraise in the startup stands at $10.8 million till now.
This proceeds will help ramp up the company's growth, expand its market presence across various retailer marketplaces and OEM ecosystems, Blubirch said in a press release.
Founded by Sapan Jain, Jeby Cherian, and Amit Goel, Blubirch helps retailers, ecommerce players, brands, market places and OEMs to improve revenue, increase profits and enhance customer experience.
Blubirch’s solutions suite helps stakeholders across the reverse supply chain to identify invalid returns at source and manage the automated processing of returns at scale, including — customer returns, dealer returns, e-commerce returns — as well as warranty claims, trade-in exchange returns, lease returns or internal returns.
Blubirch’s solutions claims to have helped retailers and OEMs automate the returns management process, improve transparency and compliance while helping them improve their operating margins by 300 basis points.
