Direct to consumer (D2C) ayurvedic babycare platform BabyOrgano has secured $150K in a pre-seed funding led by DevX Venture Fund.

The company plans to utilise the funds for new product development, increase the customer-base 5X, expand team size and spread awareness about ayurveda baby care, BabyOrango said in a press release.

Co-founded in January 2020 by Ridhi Sharma and Ripul Sharma, BabyOrgano creates safe and effective healthcare solutions for kids. The startup aims to be modern, accessible, and easy to use for parents. The products offered by BabyOrgano are designed to provide kids with safe, natural, and effective healthcare solutions that mothers can trust. 

According to the company, it takes care of every minute details right from ingredient sourcing to product formulations, and even the manufacturing processes.

Founded by Riddhi Sharma, BabyOrgano competes with the likes of MaaMitahara, Krya, and Baby Forest.

DevX Venture Fund is part of DevX co-working cum accelerator which was founded in 2017. It focuses on nurturing innovative startups by providing them with all the key resources and support to scale rapidly.
