Outbound calling solution provider Vodex has secured $320K in a pre-seed round led by 100X.VC. 100X.VC was the first institutional investor to invest in Vodex. Post 100X.VC pitch day, Yash Kotak, Ram Kumar and Devansh Alijar further invested in the company.
The company plans to use the funds for product development and business expansion, Vodex said in a press release.
Co-founded in June 2022 by Anshul Shrivastava and Kumar Saurav, Vodex leverages generative AI to empower business with efficient and scalable pre-sales and tele-calling operations, optimising sales, marketing, lead generation, and feedback calling services, driving voice industry innovation. It ranges from fintech and BFSI to call centre, and healthcare, among others.
According to Vodex, businesses can expand their reach, generate more qualified leads, connect with more potential customers, and close more deals without increasing their workforce. The company claims that it can make more than 10,000 calls in less than 1 hour.
Currently, the company serves over 30 customers and spanning over 5 countries.
100X.VC recently announced that it has funded 22 startups through Class 09. Some of the notable startups in Class 09 include abCoffee, Airbook, Bansiwala, BreatheESG and Rannkly.
