Community marketing SaaS startup Serri has raised $100K from reputed investors from India, Singapore & Japan including Shiru Startups, Rishav Agarwal (founder of Picxele) and Krishnamani Kanan (co-founder of Deliver.sg) and also backed by startup programs from Google, Deshpande Startups & Riidl.
Funds will be utilized to accelerate the product roadmap and tap into USA & Southeast Asian markets, the company said in a press release. Serri is also looking out for engineering talent to join forces.
Founded in 2022 by Saad Jamal, Mohammad Wasil, Amit Dubey and Shubham Raj, SerriOS helps brands leverage communities using AI chatbots & multi-platform dashboards which help them sync communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and business tools like CRMs to boost sales. The firm aims to empower brands, businesses, leaders, educators & creators to have the most meaningful conversations with their communities at the largest scales ever possible.

SerriOS claims that it is getting more than 250 communities with more than half a million members on its waitlist. It is currently running three major paid-pilot projects with the likes of D2C Insider, Truxport & Antler-backed Unsnarl.
Based out of Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Serri recently also won Asia’s Largest business model competition, Eureka, organized by IIT Bombay from among more than 15,000 startups.
