Professional education firm Imarticus Learning has acquired Hero Group platform Hero Mindmine for an undisclosed amount.
According to Imarticus learning, the objective of the acquisition is to create a comprehensive and holistic sales excellence academy, providing end-to-end sales training solutions.
Post-acquisition, Imarticus Learning’s role as a transformative edtech firm will be further augmented. It will function as an end-to-end Sales Excellence Academy, offering sales onboarding and upskilling programs, custom training solutions, sales management and leadership programs, sales enablement and coaching, e-learning and game-based learning content development services.
Imarticus Learning is an edtech platform which offers industry-specific education through cutting-edge technology, specialised training, career assistance, and mentorship from industry professionals. The platform provides immersive live lectures (online and offline), peer-to-peer discussions, hybrid learning modules, industry-focused seminar, capstone projects, guest lectures, soft skills training, et al. It offers courses that prepare learners for successful careers in data science, analytics, finance, banking, and technology.
This is Imarticus’s 3rd acquisition, and other companies that Imarticus Learning has taken over include Skillenza and StartOnboard. It plans to continue the trend and is seeking valuable asset additions and plans other acquisitions as well for this year.
