Trezi raises Series A round led by YourNest

Trezi, a metaverse platform that connects architects, designers and building construction engineers with product manufacturers, has raised $2 million in its Series A round led by World V and YourNest Venture Capital along with Auxano Capital and She Capital.

Its other investors include IAN Fund, Indian Angel Network (IAN),  Rockstud Capital and Stanford Angels and several entrepreneurs.

The company will use the funding to ramp up its platform development in the metaverse and accelerate its entry into high-potential new geographies, the firm said in a press release.

Founded by Tithi and Gautam Tewari, Trezi operates on a SaaS model and allows its clients to upload architectural models for viewing, editing and remote collaboration in real-time.

Trezi is an immersive design communication and collaboration platform for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry which allows users to leverage the power of immersive tech and metaverse.

The startup has onboarded forward-thinking product manufacturers who have enriched the platform with their presence. Its clients include Schneider Electric, GMR, NCRTC, St Gobain, Orient Bell, The White Teak Company and Blue Star, among others.

Deeptech focused VC firm YourNest has provided four exits. Its second Fund is also fully invested with a maiden exit. It has backed startups including Wiom, Dozee, Miko, Subconscious Compute and VTION, among others.
