Generative AI startup Hexo has raised $270K in its pre-seed round led by Antler India, via the VC firm’s Antler India Residency initiative.
Founded by Vignesh Baskaran and Kunal Bhatia, Hexo offers a wide range of controls to make image generation much more predictable and accurate. Its enterprise-focused flagship product Fine Tuner enables them to easily build custom image generation engines based on the company’s design language, products, characters, and IP.
Using Hexo, game developers can create and integrate the most complex game assets for a fraction of the cost and time. From custom film storyboarding to animation and VFX, this API can be used to build several nifty tools on top.
While India has few startups in the space, Stability AI and Regie.ai are global counterparts of Hexo.
Early-stage venture capital firm Antler invests in Web3, SaaS, fintech, D2C, and consumer tech startups. Its portfolio companies include Xanpool, Volopay, PowerX, Pathzero, and Nhost among others. The Singapore-based firm has invested in over 630 companies globally.
