Legal tech platform Oddr has secured $2 million in a seed round led by Saama Capital and Twin Ventures along with participation of several global angels.
The proceeds will be deployed for building AI-powered invoice to cash collection platform for legal firms, client acquisition for scaling business and hiring for achieving growth, Oddr said in a press release.
Founded in 2022 by Milan Bobde, Sumit Garg and Saurabh Mishra, Oddr helps firms streamline their manual and paper processes through automation. The platform enables firms to make data-based business decisions and chalk outgrowth strategies while lowering costs.
Oddr claims to have entered into a strategic alliance with prominent industry product companies in the professional services space and has multiple clients committed to build and run the MVP with an aim to achieve PMF in the next two quarters.

The Silicon Valley and India based startup aims to launch its services in North America, the UK and Australian market with an R&D center to be set up in India.
The legaltech space in India has witnessed a significant interest from investors in this year. In February, dispute resolution platform Presolv360's raised a million USD in seed round while LegitQuest's pre-Series A round in August. Last year, Wakilsearch nabbed one of the largest funding rounds in the space and also facilitated exit for its early backer Kalaari Capital.
