Kennect, a software-as-a-Service sales acceleration startup, has raised $700k in its seed round led by Texas-based venture fund FortyTwo.VC.
With this investment, Delaware and Mumbai-based Kennect plans to ramp up its engineering team and expand its commercial presence in the North American and European markets.
Started in 2017 by Pulkit Agrawal and Pralok Chhajed, Kennect is a cloud-based platform to automate incentive compensation management, improve sales representative engagement and drive sales performance.
It helps improve sales productivity by providing performance and incentive visibility for the sales representatives.
Some of its customers include Indian and global pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi, Zydus, Lupin, AstraZeneca, Lonza, amongst others.
