Exprto, an experience-sharing and mentorship network for students, has raised Rs 5 crore in its seed round led by GSF and Angel List USA. Agility Ventures, LetsVenture, and Supermorpheus also participated in the round.
The startup plans to refine the overall product and increase hiring with the newly-acquired funds, in addition to launching new products.
Founded by Rajan Chaudhary and Varun Richharia in 2021, Exprto’s mentorship services vary in duration between 1 and 12 months. Currently the platform offers 1-on-1 as well as a cohort-based group mentorship sessions.
Exprto claims that it has seen a Gross Merchandise Value increase of over 23X, as well as over 18X growth in sessions.
The firm currently has over 1,100 mentors on its platform, and plans to onboard over 10,000 new mentors in the coming months and expand into other competitive exam segments in India.
