Edtech startup Uppskill has raised Rs 1 crore or $100K from Bengaluru-based investment tech startup, Ok! Acquired and its investors.

Edtech startup Uppskill has raised Rs 1 crore or $100K from Bengaluru-based investment tech startup, Ok! Acquired and its investors. 

With this new round of seed funding, the current valuation of Uppskill now stands at $1 million. 

The startup intends to use the funds to build its tech platform further and expand in different training areas such as sales, operations, finances, and tech. It will further be used to expand to more cities for offline training and customised corporate training for groups and individuals.  

Co-founded by Arbab Usmani and Abhishek Kumar Gupta, Uppskill is a skill-based educational platform that changes the way people learn and develop skills required to acquire jobs or help them directly in their businesses. 

With a community of over 27,000 members, Uppskill has played a pivotal role in education in marketing and in future, they aim to grow and empower more people through their courses.
