Runo, a SIM based call management CRM, has raised $5,00,000 in a pre-Series A round led by Unicorn India Ventures.
Runo plans to use the funds raised for the product roadmap and expand to the Middle East, SEA, and the US market in a phased manner, it said in a press release.
Founded in 2018 by Rajsekhar Pattnaik and P.V. Vamsi, Runo provides call management CRM solutions. The application offered by the company provides sim based calling solutions with call tracking , call recording, team live status and analytics as principal features.
Currently, the startup is serving over 300 paid clients, predominantly SMEs with major sectors that includes automobiles, edtech, health tech, real estate and financial services.
The startup claims to have recorded a monthly run rate of Rs 25 lakhs in the last 12 months and is expected to hit $2 million ARR by April next year.
