SaaS startup Zeda.io raises $1.2 Mn seed round

Zeda.io, a product management platform, has raised $1.2 million in its seed round from BEENEXT, Binny Bansal-backed 021 Capital and its existing backers Whiteboard Capital, FirstCheque.vc and Paradigm Shift Capital.

According to the Bengaluru and Delaware- based startup, the funds will be used for product development and expanding its team across functions such as product, engineering, and business.

Founded by Vaibhav Devpura and Prashant Mahajan, Zeda.io is a one-stop platform for Product Managers that reduces redundancy and enables them to be more strategic and productive.  Zeda academy offers a curated list of all the resources users need to learn about Product Development and Management through various blogs, podcasts, and webinars from leading product leaders.

Zeda.io currently is live with about 300 users from 6 geographies on the platform in private beta mode, with 4,000 more on waitlist.

In March 2021, the startup had raised $450,000 in a pre-seed round from multiple VC funds, including Whiteboard Capital, Paradigm Shift Capital, and Firstcheque.vc, and several angel investors.
