Agritech startup MoooFarm has raised $2.4 million in its seed round led by Accel India. Rockstart’s AgriFood fund and Navus Ventures have also joined the round.
The proceeds will be used for hiring tech talent, significantly growing revenue and expanding on operational locations, said MoooFarm in a press release.
Founded in 2019 by Param Singh, Aashna Singh, Abhijeet Mittal and Jitesh Arora, MoooFarm offers technical solutions for dairy farmers who will use the fresh capital for hiring the top tech talent, significantly grow revenue and expand on operational locations.
The startup claims that its app has been downloaded by over 1 million dairy farmers across India in more than 10 states.
According to Fintrackr’s data, more than three dozen agritech startups had raised funds in 2021. Earlier this month, WayCool, Arya, BigHaat, Bijak, Our Food and Aqgromalin also raised funds.
