B2B ecommerce and supply chain enablement platform Bizongo has acquihired Bengaluru-based Hexa, a cloud platform for college placements.
With this deal, Hexa co-founder Shubam Goyal will join Bizongo as Senior Product Manager and Sushmita Chavan, head of Business Operations at Hexa will join as product intelligence specialist along with six other team members.
Hexa, started in April 2020 is a cloud platform to increase placement ratio at colleges, by preparing the students with industry ready skill sets. It also partnered with over 25 colleges and 10 partner companies to on-board over 15,000 students on its platform.
Bizongo offers digital vendor management, supply chain automation & supply chain financing as key services to its enterprise customers. The B2B e-commerce platform services over 135 enterprise customers in fashion & lifestyle, pharmaceuticals, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, home & personal care, and e-commerce.
Bizongo had recently raised $110 million in its Series D round led by New York based Tiger Global Management. As per Fintrackr’s estimates, the seven-year-old company was valued at $600 million during the latest round.
