Online food delivery company Swiggy launched an upgraded membership program called ‘Swiggy One’ which will offer its users unlimited free deliveries, discounts and more benefits across all of its services.
Swiggy One will offer unlimited free deliveries from over 70,000 restaurants along with unlimited free Instamart deliveries on all orders above Rs 99. Members will also be able to avail extra discounts of up to 30% on their food orders from Swiggy’s partner restaurants.
The company said that the subscription service will soon be available for Genie deliveries as well.
The membership is being rolled out at an introductory price of Rs 299 for the first three months and Rs 899 for 12 months. The service is currently live in Lucknow, Pune, Trivandrum and Vijayawada, and will expand to all 500 plus cities in the next two weeks, the company said.
Users of Swiggy’s previous subscription service SUPER will automatically be upgraded, free of cost, to the Swiggy One program for the remaining period of their active subscription. They will also get a complimentary month-long extension on their existing plan.
