SaaS startup Toplyne bags $2.5 Mn

SaaS startup Toplyne raised $2.5 million from Sequoia Capital's Surge, Together Fund and angels from Canva, Freshworks and Zoominfo.

The startup is also backed by other angels, including Cred founder Kunal Shah, Razorpay founders Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur, Unacademy co-founder Gaurav Munjal and ZoomInfo chief executive Arjun Pillai.

Founded in June 2021 by Rishen Kapoor, Ruchin Kulkarni, and Rohit Khanna, Toplyne is a plug-and-play platform that enables sales teams at PLG (product-led growth) companies to boost their freemium user conversion rates.

The Bengaluru-based platform helps PLG companies to identify and focus on the users and accounts that are most likely to convert. It does so by analyzing user behaviours within a product and determining which users have shown high intent to buy.

Within just three months of product launch, the platform is already being used by over 10 leading SaaS companies across early to pre-IPO stage companies.
