SaaS startup FloCareer raises $5.7 Mn

FloCareer, a business-to-business startup focused on white and gray collar job interviews, has raised $5.7 million in a round led by Boston-based Data Point Capital. Uncorrelated Ventures and Orios Venture Partners have also joined the round.

According to the Bengaluru-based startup, the funds will be used to increase its operations globally, beginning with the US market.

Co-founded by Mehul Bhatt and Mohit Jain, FloCareer offers Interviews-as-a-Service, remote hiring, automated bot-based systems, and applicant tracking systems to its clientele. It has experts that help screen potential candidates for a particular job.

The startup’s platform enables corporate teams to focus on their core deliverables such as team development, rather than screening individuals.

The three year-old startup already providers clients resembling Byju’s, Wipro, Happiest Minds, BigBasket, ANSR, Rapido, Citius Tech and Tencent, and claims to have a base of over 3,000 freelancers and over 100 specialists to conduct video and telephonic interviews.
