Spottabl, a SaaS-enabled full-stack hiring platform, has raised Rs 3.5 crore in its seed round. The round saw participation from Paradigm Shift VC, LetsVenture, Binny Bansal and others.
According to Spottabl, the funds will be used towards building a scalable self-serve product and start growth initiatives for capturing recruiter agency supply.
Founded by Vanishri Deshpande, Spottabl is a technology driven recruitment platform that has helped over 50 tech startups and growth stage companies discover their top talent through its AI and human backed model.
The startup claims that it has registered 3x quarterly growth for the period of six months and has seen a 5X growth in the recruiters’ community in 2021.
Spottabl is currently serving over 250 open positions of high-growth companies with a talent pool provided by a community of over 600 specialized recruiters.
