WickedGud, a D2C food brand, has raised $340k in its pre-Seed round led by Titan Capital. Angel investors such as Archana Priyadarshini, Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta, and Harsh Vakharia have also joined the round.
According to WickedGud, the proceeds will be used for building the brand across D2C channels and strengthening its team to support initial growth.
Started by Bhuman Dani, Monish Debnath and Soumalya Biswas, the brand sells non-maida, healthy products (pasta and noodles). It claims that its products are made with grains and pulses like chickpeas, lentils and rice.
Titan Capital has a portfolio of over 150 companies in India and the US across spaces such as consumer internet, direct-to-consumer brands, SaaS, AI and Computer Vision. Last week, the firm backed a D2C brand Anveshan in a seed round worth Rs 3.67 crore.
