Startups join the COVID effort with funds for employees

Gurugram-based deep tech startup Tooliqa has raised $1.5 million in its pre-seed round led by Aditya Raj, Dipak Singh, and Deepak Bansal of MarketCube. A clutch of angels such as Dilip Singh, Raj Gupta, Sooraj Malik and Anant Jain have also participated.

According to Tooliqa, the funds will be used to expand its R&D, in product development, and in building infrastructure for manufacturing.

Founded in 2021, the startup works as a research and development in areas such as AI, ML and IoT and develops solutions for education tech, creative designing, automobile and virtual reality business.

Currently, the firm is focused on building products in the B2B and edtech space. It claims with its design-first approach to create diverse products catering to businesses and masses. Their big bet is on 3D and computer vision accessible to the industries and domains.
