FRAAZO, a D2C brand in the fresh vegetables and fruits segment, has raised $11 million in its Series A round led by Sixth Sense Ventures.

NABARD-backed NABVENTURES and existing investors Equanimity Ventures, Apar Group and others also participated.

The Mumbai-based farm-to-fork grocery startup will utilize the proceeds to expand its operations pan-India.

Founded by Atul Kumar, Vikas Dosala, Sumit Rai, and Aashish Krishnatre, FRAAZO provides fresh vegetables and fruit online. It follows a farm-to-fork model handling the entire back-end supply chain.

The year-old start-up claims to have served a million customers till date and it delivers farm-fresh vegetables and fruits across Mumbai within 60 minutes. It further targets 1,000 centers across the country and aims to develop the capability to deliver fresh produce to a customer’s doorstep within 15 minutes.
