This week 18 Indian startups received funding, of which 13 received a total sum of about $216 million. Among them, Firstcry raised the highest funding of about $150 million followed by Truebil, which raised $14 million.

Meanwhile, funding for 5 of the total funded startups remained undisclosed.

List of disclosed funding deals this week

Rooter: Sports engagement platform Rooter has raised $0.14 million from Anthill Ventures along with its network of investors. The Delhi based sports technology startup is a part of the Anthill Studio Accelerator Programme.

Country Delight: Farm to door fresh milk and dairy products delivery startup Country Delight has raised about $7 million in its Series B funding round led by early-stage investor Matrix Partners.

Rapido: Hyderabad-based bike taxi-hailing app has Rapido raised over $7 million led by Integrated Capital Growth, Astarc Ventures, Ka Wing Kevin Kwong, India Technology Fund, Motherson Lease Solutions including 20 High Networth Individuals (HNIs).

Clovia: Lingerie brand Clovia has raised $10 million in its Series B funding round led by AT Capital. The Noida-based company’s existing investor Ivy Cap Ventures and some private investors also participated in the round.

Groww: After six months of raising pre-Series A round, online investment platform Groww has closed its Series A round worth $6.2 million led by Sequoia India.

GoMechanic: Three-year-old online car servicing startup GoMechanic has received about $5 million from Sequoia Capital in a Series A round.

FreshMenu: Soon after Fassos and InnerChef, FreshMenus received funding of $3 million led by existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners. Other investors including Zodius Technology fund and K Ganesh’s Growthstory also participated in the round.

Truebil: Used car marketplace Truebil has scooped up $14 million in Series B round led by Tokyo-based investor Joe Hirao. This is the second investment for Hirao in this space. In October last year, he led $30 million Series E round in Droom.

Firstcry: Online baby products retailer Firstcry has received around $150 million as a part of $400 million round from Softbank, reveals RoC filings with MCA.

Liquiloans: Peer-to-peer digital lending platform Liquiloans has bagged $1.7 million in its pre-Series A round led by Matrix Partners. Other investors include Freecharge founder Kunal Shah, Renaissance Group chairman Abhishek Dalmia and Jitendra Panjabi, who earlier worked at Capital Group.

Bounce: Bike and scooter rental platform Bounce has raised over $7 million in what appears to be a Series B round for the Bengaluru-based company. The fresh round was participated by Chiratae Ventures, Accel India, Sequoia India and On Mauritius.

MoneyonClick: Bengaluru-based fintech platform MoneyonClick has raised $2.3 million in funding.

Kapiva Ayurveda: Food brand Kapiva Ayurveda has raised $2.5 million in a fresh round of funding led by early-stage fund Fireside Ventures.

Undisclosed deals this week

EV startup Revos, agritech startup AgNext, healthtech startup 5C Network, co-working startup iKeva, and M1xchange did not disclose their financial details on funding.
