Soon after All India Bakchod (AIB) decision to stop their co-founders Tanmay Bhat and Gursimran Khamba from taking part in any company’s activity, Hotstar has cancelled the production of third season of ‘On Air with AIB’.
On Air with AIB features a wide range of satirical comedy content curated by the popular group.
The streaming giant has released an official statement on Twitter saying that in light of recent events involving AIB, the company is cancelling the production of On Air with AIB Season 3, with immediate effect.
It further gives a strong message and outlined that Hotstar will not stand by anything that compromises the respect or safety of women.

The allegation of misconduct and sexual harassment by the group has received the wrath of audience and celebrity fraternity. Not only Hotstar the Mumbai Academy of Moving Image (MAMI) has also announced that they are dropping two films — AIB’s Chintu Ka Birthday and Rajat Kapoor’s Kadakh — from the line-up of the upcoming 20th edition of the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.
