CustomerSuccessBox raises $1 million from pi Ventures, others

CustomerSuccessBox, a customer success platform for B2B SaaS companies, has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by pi Ventures. Besides, Axilor Ventures, accelerator and other investors participated in the funding round.

CustomerSuccessBox helps firms to acquire customers, onboard & manage its users, and retain customers by using targeted campaigns. The platform will use the funds to increase its growth and product innovation.

Incorporated in 2016 by Puneet Kataria and Amritpal Singh, the platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to help firms automate customers’ on-boarding, product usage analysis and user communication.

The company claimed that its patent-pending technology has processed over 30 million data points from over 100,000 end users to calculate account health scores.

The subscription-based platform provides different plans to companies ranging from $199 to $999 per month which includes customer communication, account health measuring, revenue forecasting, alerts and tasks, among others. The platform also has some of the prominent names as its clients, including XebiaLabs, WizIQ, Synup and others.

There are so many companies which are providing enterprise models and solutions to SaaS platforms.

ShepHertz, a Gurugram and Palo Alto-based startup, is one of the many competitors in the segment. It enables traditional enterprises in their omnichannel digital transformation through pre-built backend cloud services, BigData and API gateway solution.

According to Gartner, the digitization move, which has offered various benefits to different sectors such as insurance, media, retail, banking and others, is expected to create around $100 trillion of value by 2025.

The study says that in this fast-growing market, 80 per cent of business leaders expect their company to become digital enterprise by 2019.

In its survey, it also found that 56 per cent of CEOs witnessed an increase in profits after digitization.

As the whole ecosystem is moving towards digitization, CustomerSuccessBox too sees an immense potential in the market.
