This week in Indian Startups funding news (19 Feb-24 Feb)

This week 12 startups received funding, out of which 11 were disclosed, which in total received a sum of about $120 million. Among them, Udaan raised the highest investment of $50 million, followed by FourKites, who raised $35 million.

Meanwhile, only one out of the total funded startups remained undisclosed.

CoLive: Shared-living space provider CoLive has raised $1.8 million (Rs 12 crores) in its latest funding round led by Ncubate Capital Partners, a private investment arm of SAR Group Family Office.

Grab.in: Hyperlocal logistics service Grab.in has raised $1.5 million (Rs 9 crore) from the Maharashtra State Social Venture Fund which is managed by SIDBI Venture Capital.

ShopClues: Gurugram-based online marketplace ShopClues has raised $1 million from Ronnie Screwvala-led Unilazer.

The Healthy Billion: Clinical research and data analytics startup The Healthy Billion (THB) has raised $2.1 million (Rs 14 crore) from Blume Ventures, Healthquad, and Fireside Ventures. Existing angles including Apoorva Patni and Arpan Sheth, a partner in Bain & Company also participated in the round.

Aye Finance: Gurugram-based Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) lender Aye Finance has raised $3.8 million (Rs 25 crore) from Hinduja Leyland Finance and Intellegrow.

Udaan: Online B2B marketplace Udaan has secured a whopping $50 million in its second round of funding after a gap of 15 months from early stage & existing investor Lightspeed Venture Partners and Yuri Milner

FourKites: A platform that tracks freight shipments, has raised $35 million in Series B round led by August Capital. The existing investors such as Bain Capital Ventures and Hyde Park Ventures also participated in the round.

Capillary Technologies: Cloud-based software solutions startup Capillary Technologies has raised around $20 million from existing investors including marquee private equity firm, Warburg Pincus and Sequoia Capital.

Planys: Planys Technologies, a startup that provides underwater robotic inspection and survey services using robots, is raising a $2.1million (Rs 14 Cr) Series A round.

Doodhwaala: Bengaluru-based Doodhwaala, a digital milk delivery startup has raised $2.2 million (Rs 14.27 crore) from Omnivore.

Agricx Lab: It has raised $0.5 million in a seed funding round. The funding round was led by Ankur Capital. IIM Ahmedabad’s, Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) also participated in the funding round.

Undisclosed deal this week:

Cloud-based integrated receivables software solutions HighRadius did not disclose its deal amount.
