By the end of this year, WhatsApp users will be able to shop within the app itself. Facebook will add the option to allow businesses to integrate product catalogue inside WhatsApp while chatting with consumers.
To help businesses to connect with future customers, Facebook has created an appointment feature within a messenger conversation. At the ongoing F8 conference, the firm announced the moves it’s taking to connect customers and businesses for action-oriented conversation. (source)
