Dockless scooter rental startup VOGO has raised Rs 7.07 crore in an ongoing Series C round from Kalaari Capital Partners III. The company has allotted 7956 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) of Rs 100 at a premium of Rs 8798 for the same.
The new fund for Vogo has come just a few days after the company had kicked off series C round by raising Rs 21.24 crore from its existing investors Matrix Partners and Stellaris Venture Partners. The startup is currently operational in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. (Source-MCA)
