AI-based vernacular voice assistant platform MiHup has raised Rs 12.5 crore from Accel Partners India and Ideaspring Capital.
The Kolkata-headquartered startup provides voice recognition based interfaces for devices and applications. It primarily targets automotive OEMs and Business Process Management (BPM) companies. Performing quality assurance tasks at call centres and replacing IVR in a bank with a voice assistant are some of the use cases of MiHup. (Source)
