Home service marketplace UrbanClap is expanding its overseas operations by entering Australia. Starting November, it will begin operations in Down Under with its home care and personal care services. According to a company’s press statement, it will launch salon and beauty services in the Greater Sydney Area.
At present, UrbanClap operates in 10 Indian cities and two international markets- Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The startup is only a few inches away from being a Unicorn. It was valued at about $933 million after $75 million Series E round led by Tiger Global.
