Siemens is launching a startup incubator in India, Next47 along with a digital services and consultancy arm. This will be a part of the company’s $1 billion investment fund which is for startups globally.
Siemens’ newly announced consultancy arm in India will have a team of 4,000 ‘internet of things (IoT) and software experts. The German multinational conglomerate considers India as one of the important markets and has big plans to set up a base for incubating tech-based startups in the country
