Bus aggregator Shuttl has raised $18 million in a Series C funding round led by Toyota Group and Japan’s SMBC Trust Bank, at a valuation of $200 million. With the $6 million investment, Toyota has acquired a 6% stake in the company.
Currently present in six metro cities, Shuttl claims to operate 1,800 buses. Previously, the startup had raised $5 million from New Atlantic Ventures in April this year. (Source)
