Social commerce platform Shop101’s shareholders have approved to alter the Articles of Association to facilitate the appointment of three nominee directors. Rahul Garg has been appointed on behalf of Kalari Capital while Pawan Chaturvedi and Vamsi Krishna Duvvuri have joined the company’s board on behalf of Unilever Ventures and VY Capital Holdings respectively.
All of these appointments are part of share agreements signed by the investors after raising Rs 80 crore series B capital round in December 2018.(Source: MCA)
