Mobility Startup Rapido has acquihired data analytics firm Vahanalytics. Following the transaction, the Mumbai-based company’s founders Shivalik sen and Someshwar Das along with the team will be joining Rapido.
While total consideration is undisclosed, 55 equity shares worth Rs 49.37 lakhs were issued toThinqbate-backed company as per ROC filings with MCA. Additionally, Sen and Das will receive ESOPs worth Rs 37 lakh and Rs 25 lakh, respectively.
