Edtech unicorn Byju’s has raised $150 million in its ongoing Series G round led by Qatar Investment Authority that also saw participation from Owl Ventures.
Touted as the fourth most valuable startup from India, Byju’s was reportedly in talks to close $200-250 million investment from sovereign fund of Qatar in lieu of 5% stake. The fresh proceeds will go for international expansion and create products for the overseas market. (Source)
