Online premium fashion platform Purple Style Labs (PSL) has acquired luxury fashion store Pernia’s Pop Up Shop for an undisclosed sum. As a part of the deal, Pernia’s founder Pernia Qureshi has stepped down as the creative head of the platform and it will be completely owned and managed by PSL.
Last year, PSL and Pernia had floated a joint venture and raised $3 million from Binny Bansal, Jitendra Gupta and Astarc Ventures. (Source: PR)
