Smartphone maker OnePlus is going to invest Rs 1,000 crore in its first Indian Research & Development facility located in the southern city of Hyderabad.
The facility whose first phase was inaugurated by former Telangana IT Minister Rama Rao and Jayesh Ranjan will initially focus on software features and cover areas such as AI, 5G, and IoT. OnePlus will have over 1,500 employees in the facility. (Source)
